Emily and Cody’s breathtaking wedding at the gorgeous Milestone Aubrey Mansion was a day we won’t soon forget! We were already swooning at the sheer sight of the bright white mansion against the backdrop of lush green grass and a periwinkle sky. We couldn’t wait to get to the bridal suite to hug Emily’s neck and start photographing her special day! As the girls listened to music and popped some champagne while getting their hair and makeup done, the guys were just down the hall surrounding the big screen in the groom’s suite. The NCAA tournament was heating up and these Red Raiders were not about to miss it! As Cody finished getting ready, he fastened the surprise watch that Emily had engraved for him. Emily read the letter that he wrote for her as final touches of hair and makeup were applied. (Swooning again…!)

Before we knew it, it was time for the first look and we were excitedly getting Cody and Emily out the door and into place! We couldn’t wait to capture the moment they would see each other for the first time. Emily came up behind Cody, took a deep breath, then tapped him on the shoulder when she was ready for him to turn around. They finally embraced for the first time that day and all nerves seemed to drift away. After a few portraits, Cody and Emily hid away for just a moment while the guests started to arrive.

The ceremony was perfection, with a giant wall of windows behind them letting in lots of gorgeous light. Emily truly looked like an angel! After the ceremony, we whisked the newlyweds away for a few husband and wife portraits before it was time for them to dance the night away!

Emily and Cody, your day was absolute perfection and we are so incredibly happy for you guys! Thank you for sharing your amazing day with us!
