Sadie Lou, you have STOLEN my heart! So, here’s the deal, when a friend moves away to a new city, it’s always sad. BUT…getting to visit them for a weekend here and there makes it all a little bit more okay. Sam and Mandy moved to Cresson, TX a few months ago after being our next door neighbors and part of our life group for the last several years. After a tearful “goodbye”, I knew that these friends would still always be part of our life. My family took a road trip down to Cresson so that we could all take our kids to Fossil Rim Wildlife Center in Glen Rose (if you haven’t been, you MUST go), and of course I packed my camera gear to get some precious photos of Sadie in a field of bluebonnets!
…because that’s what you do when you live in Texas!
Sadie is probably the happiest baby I’ve ever known. She is always wearing a smile and is the closest thing to an actual baby doll that I can think of! As we were taking these adorable photos of her…her big brother, Wyatt, disappeared for a few minutes. But don’t worry, we found him climbing the front door (see below)! He is such a little monkey and adores his baby sister! I love this family so much and am so grateful to still be able to do life with them, even from different cities. Love you guys! -AJ
