What a FANTASTIC time I had with the Mathews family for their extended family session! One reason I love shooting extended family sessions is that it almost feels like I’m part of a big family reunion. Most of the time, individual family units are driving in from other parts of the state, or the country, and many times the family members haven’t seen each other since the last big holiday! I love being able to witness the high-fives and hugs that usually accompany these kinds of sessions! The Mathews family decided to get together to celebrate Mr. and Mrs. Mathews’ 50th wedding anniversary, and I was so ecstatic to be able to capture these photos for the entire family!
I loved my time with this beautiful family and all of their precious littles! Here’s to hoping that many more families get to witness what 50 years of marriage looks like!
