There are almost no words to describe how adorable this precious family was during their fall family session in the Canyon. Kathie and David have the sweetest little family, and seemed just like newlyweds throughout the entire session! It is no easy feat getting little ones dressed, hair combed, socks AND shoes on, and buckled into the car for a photo session, (not to mention getting YOURSELF dressed and photoshoot ready), but this family did all that AFTER the workday ended, and then drove an hour and half to Lubbock for their session! They were all smiles when they arrived and I could not wait to get them in front of my camera! Kayden and Ryland were such troopers, and had a blast exploring all of the West Texas land! And of course, like most boys, felt most comfortable when their hands were covered in dirt and rocks! And once the sun dipped a little lower in the sky, we brought mom and dad out just the two of them for some fun and romantic anniversary shots. We love spoiling our parents! They usually never ask for photos of just the two of them, and often its been since their WEDDING DAY since they’ve had professional photos taken together. I just love how you can tell that they are still head over heels for each other!
Kathie and David, I have always believed that marriage is one of the greatest ministry opportunities for other people to witness, and you two are an amazing example of that! Thank you for sharing your family with me for that very sunny afternoon (I’m so glad we found some shade!) and for loving each other well!
